Dr. Daniel G Andriessen

I am Professor of Intellectual Capital at INHOLLAND University of professional education, The Netherlands. At INHOLLAND I am director of the Centre for Research in Intellectual Capital, a research group set up to study the impact of the Intangible Economy on people and organizations.

Before that I worked as a management consultant for KPMG for over 12 years. I founded KPMG's Knowledge Advisory Services group in 1997, together with prof. dr. Rene Tissen. We have grown this group from 2 to 30 people, servicing clients all over the world in the field of knowledge management and intellectual capital valuation.

I received my PhD in Economics at the Nyenrode Business School, The Netherlands, on October 6, 2003. This was the first PhD on Intellectual Capital in Europe.
